Is there a minimum age for treatments?
Guests of Sisley Spa must be at least 18 years of age, however hair services are available for children.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full service fee.

What about payment for Spa services?
Sisley Spa accepts all major credit cards. You may also charge Spa services to your hotel bill. For your convenience, payment is also accepted prior to your treatments, upon request.

What about gratuities?
Additional gratuities are a matter of personal discretion, and should reflect your satisfaction with the services of Sisley Spa.

What if I have special health considerations?
Please notify our reservations agents when booking your treatments if you have any sort of medical condition of which we should be aware, such as high blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, pregnancy or ongoing chemotherapy treatments. If you have any concerns, please let us know. If at any time during your services you experience discomfort, please alert your therapist immediately.

Should I shave before a treatment?
Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.

What about my jewelry and valuables?
If you are staying in the hotel, please leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room. Otherwise, lockers are available for your personal items in our facilities and a key will be given to you upon arrival. Please note Sisley Spa is not responsible for any loss of personal items stored in the lockers.

Do I need to make a reservation for a treatment?
Sisley Spa welcomes walk-in guests upon availability. However, as one of the best luxury spas in Doha, our services are in high demand hence we do recommend making your appointment at least 3 days in advance.

When should I arrive?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow you to relax in our lounge and utilize facilities. Additionally, we proud ourselves on tailoring your treatments to you. By arriving early, you will be able to share more information with us and your therapist to make the most of your personal spa experience.

What about my comfort and preferences?
This is your time and you should delight in the experience to the fullest. Whether it's the room temperature, the amount of massage pressure or the volume of the music, please notify the therapist of any preferences you may have and our team will be delighted to adapt. We request that cell phones be turned off during your visit at Sisley Spa.

Are Gift Certificates available from The Spa at Sharq Village?
You may purchase gift certificates for monetary amounts or for select services and pamper someone with a visit to Sisley Spa

To enjoy your spa experience to its fullest potential, please familiarize yourself with the Spa Guidelines.

Guests are prohibited from bringing any outside food or alcohol into the spa. A guest appearing intoxicated will be denied access to the spa.

Method of Payment
We accept all major credit cards. You may also charge services to your hotel bill.

Cancellation Policy
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full-service fee.

Personal Belongings/Valuables
We cannot be responsible for any personal items and/or valuables brought into the spa or left in your locker. Please leave your valuables at home or in your room safe.

Use of Electronic Devices
To protect the privacy of our guests and to preserve the guest experience, use of cell phones, electronic devices and cameras are prohibited in the spa. Cell phones and electronic devices must be turned off.

Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to enjoy the spa relaxation and locker areas. Massages and facials cannot be performed on anyone under the age of 18 years. Salon treatments are available for children 5 years of age or older. Parent must be present for the entire service and a locker will not be provided.

Treatment Recommendations
Shaving is not recommended prior to body treatments or hair removal services. Shaving is recommended, but not necessary for men prior to a facial. Your spa experience is your time, and you should delight in it to the fullest. If you experience discomfort due to room temperature, massage pressure, music volume or any other conditions, please notify your therapist immediately.

At Time of Reservation
Please inform the Reservation Agent of the following:
Allergies or medical conditions including pregnancy
If you have a gender preference for your Service Provider
If you have a request for a specific Service Provider
If you are celebrating any special occasions

Arrival Time
